摘要
对载体型催化剂进行乙烯淤浆聚合,研究了催化剂的乙烯聚合动力学,分析了聚合温度、压力,助催化剂及氢气加入量对聚合结果的影响。研究结果表明,最佳聚合条件为:聚合时间2h,聚合温度80℃,聚合压力0.83MPa,Al/Ti比(物质的量比)115,H2/C2H4比(压力比)0.52。在此条件下,催化剂具有较高的催化效率,聚合物形态较好,表观密度较高,流动性很好。
A support catalyst was polymerized through ethylene slurry process, studied kinetic behavior of catalyst in polymerization process of ethylene. The effects of polymerization temperature, pressure, catalyst and hydrogen on behavior of the polymerization process were analyzed. The study showed the best polymerization condition was : time 2h, temperature 80℃, polymerization pressure 0. 83MPa, Al/Ti (activity efficiency mol/mol) 115, H2/C2H4 (pressure/pressure) 0. 52. Under such condition, the catalyst had a higher catalytic efficiency and the polyethylene particles had better morphology, higher bulk density and better fluidity.
