摘要
为了解广东养殖牛蛙病害流行情况,本研究于2020年11月—2022年10月对广州、汕头、惠州、清远等地养殖牛蛙进行病原检测及细菌病原的耐药试验。本次研究共采集样本62批,患病牛蛙351只,其中细菌感染245例、细菌病毒混合感染35例(未发现单一病毒感染的病例)、不明原因病例71例。分离细菌181株,主要包括伊丽莎白菌(22.65%)、气单胞菌(16.57%)等,分离的20株代表菌株耐药性分析显示多数感染菌株耐药性较强。本研究为厘清广东省养殖牛蛙病害流行情况提供基础数据,也为牛蛙疾病的防控和合理用药提供理论依据。
To determine the disease occurrence of cultured Rana catesbeiana in Guangdong province.This study conducted pathogen detection and drug resistance test of bacterial pathogens of bullfrogs in city of Guangzhou,Shantou,Huizhou and Qingyuan from November 2020 to October 2022.A total of 62 batches of samples were collected in this study,including 351 diseased bullfrogs.There are 245 bacterial infections cases,35 cases of mixed bacterial and viral infections(no cases of single viral infection were found),and 71 unknown causes in the diseased bullfrogs.Furthermore,181 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identification from diseased bullfrogs,including two main types:Elizabethkingia spp.(22.65%)and Aeromonas spp.(16.57%).The analysis of drug resistance of 20 isolates showed that most of the isolates had strong drug resistance.This study provides basic data for clarifying the epidemic situation of cultured bullfrog diseases in Guangdong Province,and also provides theoretical basis for prevention and control of bullfrog diseases.
