摘要
分析了激光熔覆加工工艺的技术特征,合理选取影响熔覆质量的关键工艺参数。设计了用于高校机械制造工艺技术、材料加工技术等专业实践教学的多道搭接激光熔覆工艺测试流程和分析方法,介绍了激光熔覆工艺试验平台硬件结构以及激光熔覆材料的选择。经实践验证,该试验平台系统设计方案合理、试验步骤明确,可以用于高校实验实训和课外科技创新等实践教学。
The laser cladding process is analyzed and the key parameters affecting the cladding quality are selected.Based on the above processing parameters,the experimental flow and analysis method of multi-pass laser cladding process test for practical teaching of mechanical and material majors in colleges and universities are designed in detail.The hardware structure of laser cladding process test platform and the selection of laser cladding materials are introduced.The actual teaching results show that the design of the program is reasonable and suitable for practical teaching in colleges and universities.
