山东省大蒜“2+X”优化施肥技术研究

摘要 为研究生物有机肥和高钙钾镁肥组合技术对大蒜生长、产量和品质的影响,本研究在山东地区开展了大蒜“2+X”对比试验。结果表明,优化施肥方案较普通施肥大蒜的生物学性状及产量、品质有所提升,其中优化施肥(常规施肥+生物有机肥+高钙钾镁)产量增加7.77%~12.87%,且鳞茎大小均匀,无面包蒜、二次生长等现象;维生素C含量增加3.60 mg/kg,增长率为2.11%;可溶性糖含量增加0.30%,增长率为3.23%。并且优化施肥可提高土壤有机质含量,改善土壤状况,缓解重茬障碍。建议有条件的农户采用优化施肥方案,提高大蒜品质获取更大收益。 In order to study the effects of the combination technology of bio organic fertilizer and high calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer on the growth,yield,and quality of garlic,a"2+X"comparative experiment was conducted in Shandong Province.The results showed that the optimized fertilization scheme for garlic improved its biological characteristics,yield,and quality compared to conventional fertilization.Among them,optimized fertilization(conventional fertilization+bio organic fertilizer+high calcium potassium magnesium)increased yield by 7.77%-12.87%,and the bulb size was uniform,without bread garlic or secondary growth.The VC content increased by 3.60 mg/kg,with an increase rate of 2.11%;The soluble sugar content increased by 0.30%,with a growth rate of 3.23%.Moreover,optimizing fertilization can increase soil organic matter content,improve soil conditions,and alleviate obstacles to continuous cropping.It is recommended that farmers with conditions adopt optimized fertilization plans to improve the quality of garlic and obtain greater benefits.
