摘要
新工科人才在新一轮科技革命中扮演越来越重要的角色。该文在学科交叉背景下进行工科研究生专业课程思政教育改革尝试。以生物仿生设计与生物摩擦学课程为例,在回顾文献和剖析问题的基础上,从“时代使命”“知识领域”“能力领域”和“情感领域”等维度全面深入挖掘课程思政元素,综合利用“大师资队伍建设”“教学模式改革”“双向多元教学评价”等举措,实现专业课程与课程思政协同育人,助力培养德才兼备的高素质工科创新型研究生人才。
New engineering talents are taking on an increasingly important position in theemerging round of technological revolution.This paper discusses our attempts to reform the ideological and political education of engineering graduate courses under interdisciplinary background,as exemplified by the course"Bionic Design and Biotribology".By overviewing literature and analyzing the state-of-the-art and gaps,the course-based ideological and political education elements are comprehensively and deeply excavated from the dimensions of"the mission of age","the field of knowledge","the field of competence"and"the field of emotion".In addition,the integrated use of teaching measures such as"construction of a master teachers'team","teaching model reform","two-sided,multi-faced teaching evaluation",is advocated.In doing so,the synergy of professional courses and course-based ideological and political education could be approached and expected to help cultivate high-quality,engineering-oriented postgraduate talents with creativity,professional capability,and political integrity.
