摘要
当前高职公共英语教学创新团队存在着模块化教学设计实施能力弱、英语教学与信息技术融合度浅、课程内容与专业实践对接度低、科研和社会服务能力欠缺等问题。基于此,高职公共英语教学创新团队建设可采用如下策略:实施语言与育人相融合培养机制,提升团队教师素养;实施分层分类全过程多方位培养机制,提升教育教学能力;实施协作共同体联动培养机制,提升专业实践能力和国际化社会服务能力。
Currently,there exist problems in the innovative public English teaching teams in vocational colleges,such as weak implementation of modular teaching design,shallow integration of English teaching and information technology,unsatisfactory combination of curriculum content and professional practice,and lack of research and social service ability.The following strategies can be adopted in the construction of innovative public English teaching teams in vocational colleges:implement integrated training mechanisms of language teaching and humanistic education to improve the quality of staff teams;implement the whole-process multi-directional training mechanism of stratification and classification to improve education and teaching abilities;implement collaborative community training mechanisms to enhance professional practice abilities and international service ability.
