摘要
本文介绍了非洲刚果(金)TFM铜钴矿企业发展现状及其改建扩建的必要性,并以其为例,主要从物料管理难度大、采购周期长、物流关务节点复杂、应急保障要求高等方面分析了刚果(金)铜钴矿业企业物资供应管理所面临的挑战。进一步从运用信息化管理系统、成立两条物资管理团队主线、三个采购平台模块管理、四个物资供应保障板块等方面探讨了刚果(金)铜钴矿业企业物资供应管理体系建设的必要性,并为其他刚果(金)铜钴矿业企业的物资供应管理体系建设提供了参考依据。挖掘并指明了刚果(金)铜钴矿业企业物资供应管理的关键点所在,从采购计划的编制,交货期的保障,箱单、包装和唛头的审核,超限物资的控制等方面进行了说明。通过对TFM铜钴矿物资供应管理经验的探讨分析,为中国企业投资非洲刚果(金)矿业企业、矿业企业运营、矿业企业改扩建、项目总承包等经营活动和过程控制存在的误区进行规避,并且提供一定的借鉴。
Introducing the development status and expansion of TFM copper and cobalt mine in Republic of the Congo in Africa have certain necessity.Taking TFM copper and cobalt mine as an example,analyzes the challenges faced by Republic of the Congo copper and cobalt mining enterprises in terms of material supply management difficulty,long procurement cycle,complex logistics and customs nodes,and high emergency support requirements.Further exploring the necessity of building a material supply management system for Republic of the Congo copper and cobalt mining enterprises from the perspectives of using an information management system,establishing two main lines of material management teams,managing three procurement platform modules,and four material supply guarantee sectors,and providing a reference basis for the construction of material supply management systems for other Republic of the Congo copper and cobalt mining enterprises.The key points of material supply management for copper and cobalt mining enterprises in Republic of the Congo are identified and identified.Detailed explanations are provided on the preparation of procurement plans,guarantee of delivery times,review of packing lists,packaging and shipping marks,and control of oversized materials.By exploring and analyzing the experience of material supply management in TFM copper and cobalt mine,aims to avoid misunderstandings in the investment,operation,renovation and expansion of mining enterprises,project general contracting,and other business activities and process control of Chinese enterprises in Republic of the Congo in African mining enterprises,and provide certain reference and reference significance.
