摘要
随着近年来中国与非洲各国的经济往来进一步加强,中国企业在非洲的经济活动越来越频繁,其中不乏中国大型的施工企业在非洲承揽到大量的施工任务。如何保证施工企业采购物料的畅通快捷,文中通过非洲项目工程施工物资的采购管理实践和探索,总结提出了国际物资采购管理方面的经验,希望对国际物资采购工作有一定的借鉴意义。
In recent years,along with the further strengthen economic between China and African,the economic activities of Chinese enterprises in Africa is more and more frequent,including China＇s large-scale construction enterprise contract to a large number of construction projects in Africa.How to ensure a smooth and rapid material purchasing,in this paper,through the exploration and practice of African project of engineering construction materials purchasing management,the international material purchasing management experience was proposed,which the author hope for the international procurement work providing certain reference significance.
