摘要
研究基质的存在对食品用复合膜袋溶剂残留量检测结果的影响。选取8种材质复合膜、18种挥发性有机溶剂,配制有基质和无基质标准工作溶液。利用顶空-气相色谱法测定8种膜中残留溶剂的绝对基质效应。13种非苯类溶剂在1.0~50.0μg质量范围内线性关系良好,5种苯类溶剂在0.1~5.0μg质量范围内线性关系良好。18种残留溶剂的回收率在80.1%~116.7%之间,相对标准偏差(RSDs)在10%以内。8种样品均存在不同程度的基质效应,基质抑制效应先增强后减弱。实际检测中,溶剂残留含量越高对检测结果影响越大。采用基质匹配-外标法定量检测溶剂残留,方便快捷,结果准确,可用于膜类产品中溶剂残留的测定。
The effect of matrix on the detection results of solvent residues in composite film bags for food was studied.Eight kinds of composite membranes and 18 kinds of volatile organic solvents were selected to prepare matrix and matrix-free standard working solutions.The absolute matrix effect of residual solvents in eight kinds of membranes was determined by headspace gas chromatography.The linear relationship of 13 kinds of non-benzene solvents was good in the mass range of 1.0~50.0μg,and the linear relationship of 5 kinds of benzene solvents was good in the mass range of 0.1~5.0μg.The recoveries of 18 kinds of residual solvents ranged from 80.1%to 116.7%with relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 10%.There are different degrees of matrix effects in the 8 kinds of samples,and the matrix inhibition effect increases first and then decreases.In the actual detection,the higher the residual content of the solvent,the greater the impact on the test results.Quantitative detection of solvent residues by matrix matching-external standard method is convenient and accurate,and can be used for the determination of solvent residues in membrane products.
