摘要
目的:建立一种用于纸杯中可能残留的9种溶剂的顶空气相色谱检测方法。方法:样品的挥发性组分经顶空进样器平衡,抽取气相部分导入色谱检测。结果:9种溶剂残留能够完全分离,线性良好,方法检测限在0.003 mg/m2-0.015 mg/m2之间,6次测定的相对标准偏差在2.4%-6.6%之间,样品的加标回收率在91%-99%之间。结论:本方法用于检测纸杯中的溶剂残留量,分析速度快、分离效果好。
Objective:To establish an analytical method for the determination of 9 residual organic solvents used for paper cups by head-space gas chromatography.Methods: The volatile part of sample was balanced by head-space gas chromatography and determined by GC.Results: 9 kinds of residual organic solvents were separated from each other completely.Results showed the good linearity range of this method.The detection limit was 0.003 mg/m2-0.015 mg/m2,the recovery of residual organic solvents was in the range of 91%-99% with precision of 2.4%-6.6% RSD.Conclusion: The proposed method has been applied to analyze samples for the residual organic solvents.The samples are separated better and quickly.
