摘要
上市公司投资价值分析是投资学相关专业学生的重要技能之一。从课程建设目标、思路、实施方案、教学资料整理、成绩评定等方面探索上市公司投资价值分析报告撰写课程建设,强化课程的实践特性。课程建设目标为应用先修课程的理论和方法,完成完整的上市公司投资价值分析报告;课程具有实践为主,讲述为辅,课堂评分与最终任务相结合,课程考核标准量化,课程与竞赛相结合的特点,形成较为完善的实施方案和丰富的教学资料,后续将进一步推进教学材料的整理和更新,鼓励学生参加相关竞赛。
Investment value analysis of listed company is basic skill for students majoring in investment.This paper explores the curriculum construction from aspects of the course construction goal,train of thought,implementation plan,teaching material arrangement,achievement evaluation and so on,and strengthens the practice characteristics of the course.The purpose of this course is to complete an overall report based on theories and methods in pre-curriculum.The features of this course include practice-oriented and narrative-assisted,combination of classroom and final assessment,quantification of course assessment standards,and combination of courses and competitions.At present,this course has formed a relatively perfect implementation program and diverse teaching materials.In the future,the curriculum construction will further promote the sorting and updating of teaching materials and encourage students to participate in relevant competitions.
