摘要
根据国家相关要求,大部分涉气企业基本安装了末端污染源在线监控系统并与生态环境部门进行了联网和数据公开,但是对产污、治污、排污的全过程监管,仍然是空白。基于此,探索了一种涉气企业全过程数字化监控系统建设方案,可以使涉气企业和政府环境管理部门形成双赢的局面。
According to relevant national requirements,most gas related enterprises have basically installed online monitoring systems for end-of-life pollution sources and have connected with ecological and environmental departments for data disclosure.However,the entire process supervision of pollution production,treatment,and discharge is still blank.The article explores a more economical solution for the construction of a digital monitoring system for the entire process of gas related enterprises,which can create a win-win situation for both gas related enterprises and government environmental management departments.
