摘要
文章设计了一套实时水质监测系统,系统包括化学需氧量(CODcr)水质在线监测仪、氨氮在线分析仪、总磷在线分析仪、数据采集传输仪、流量计、水泵等。该系统对排放水中的COD、氨氮、总磷、总氮进行实时检测,周期检测信号由化学需氧量(CODcr)水质在线监测仪每一小时发出一次传给水泵,水泵将水抽送到各个分析仪中进行检测,数据传输协议执行《污染源在线自动监控(监测)系统数据传输标准》(HJ/T 212-2005)、《江苏省废水污染物在线监测仪通信协议规范》等相关标准,通过4G网络平台,上传到污染自动监控平台,接受该平台的监督管理。
A set of real-time water quality monitoring system is designed, including chemical oxygen demand(CODcr)water quality on-line monitor, ammonia nitrogen on-line analyzer, total phosphorus on-line analyzer, data acquisition instrument, flowmeter, water pump, etc. to detect cod, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and total nitrogen in the discharged water in real time. The system is sent out by the chemical oxygen demand(CODcr) water quality on-line monitor every hour, and the water pump will detect according to the liquid level in the pool, Pump the water to each analyzer for testing, implement the data transmission standard of pollution source online automatic monitoring(monitoring) system HJ/T 212-2005, Jiangsu Province wastewater pollutant online monitor communication protocol specification and other relevant documents, and upload the detected data to the pollution automatic monitoring platform through 4G network platform to accept the supervision and management of the platform.
