摘要
油酸甲酯催化加氢法是一种生产生物柴油的方法。在这个过程中,植物油或动物脂肪首先与甲醇(或其他低级醇)反应生成油酸甲酯,然后通过催化加氢过程将油酸甲酯转化为具有更佳燃烧特性的生物柴油,使用氢氧化钠、硫化镍和氯化铂等催化剂进行加氢反应后,生物柴油的热值和凝固点等性能均得到了显著改善。同时,油酸甲酯催化加氢法可以减少生物柴油的燃烧排放物和环境影响,实验结果表明,在使用不同催化剂进行加氢后,生物柴油的CO、HC、NO_(x)和PM等排放物的排放量均得到了不同程度的降低,生物柴油生产对环境的影响也得到了显著的降低。
Catalytic hydrogenation of methyl oleate is a method to produce biodiesel.In this process,vegetable oil or animal fat first reacts with methanol(or other lower alcohols)to form methyl oleate(a biodiesel feedstock).These methyl oleate are then converted into biodiesel with better combustion characteristics through a catalytic hydrogenation process.After hydrogenation using catalysts such as sodium hydroxide,nickel sulfide and platinum chloride,The calorific value and freezing point of biodiesel were significantly improved.At the same time,catalytic hydrogenation of methyl oleate can reduce the combustion emissions and environmental impact of biodiesel.The experimental results show that after hydrogenation with different catalysts,the emissions of CO,HC,NO_(x) and PM of biodiesel are reduced to different degrees,and the impact of biodiesel production on the environment is also significantly reduced.
