生物法组合工艺在餐厨垃圾处理厂废气治理中的应用研究

摘要 随着人类生活水平的不断提高,餐厨垃圾的处理量日益增多,为解决餐厨垃圾处理厂异味重、投诉多等问题,本研究开发了一种新型的生物法组合工艺,并分别以挥发性有机物(VOCs)和硫化氢(H_(2)S)为目标污染物,验证该工艺对污染物的去除能力。当进口风量为20000 m^(3)/h,进口VOCs质量浓度为5~25 mg/m^(3)进口H_(2)S体积分数0~6×10^(-6)时,VOCs去除率可达95%以上,,H_(2)S去除率可达99.9%。同时,本研究还通过气相色谱与质谱仪(GC-MS)联用的方式对餐厨垃圾处理厂废气成分进行分析,试验表明,餐厨垃圾厂有机废气的主要成分为丙酮、乙酸乙酯等。 With the continuous improvement of human living standards,the amount of food waste treated is increasing day by day.In order to solve the problems of heavy odor and many complaints in food waste treatment plants,this study developed a new type of biological method combined process.Sexual volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)were used as target pollutants to verify the ability of the process to remove pollutants.When the inlet air volume is 20,000 m^(3)/h and the inlet VOCs concentration is 5~25mg/m^(3)and the inlet H_(2)S concentration is 0~6×10^(-6),the removal rate of VOCs can reach more than 95%,and the removal rate of H_(2)S can reach 99.9%.At the same time,this study also analyzed the exhaust gas components of the kitchen waste treatment plant by means of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The experiment shows that the main components of organic waste gas from the kitchen waste factory are acetone,ethyl acetate,etc.
