摘要 创新能力是新时代人才应具有的关键素质,跨学科教育是其重要培养途径。如何科学评价学生的跨学科创新能力成为当前亟待解决的关键问题。由于创新能力测评的复杂性,长期以来针对跨学科创新能力的评价仍局限于学生自我评价或作品评价,鲜见客观、量化、高效的评价工具。被誉为创新“点金术”的TRIZ,与创新能力及跨学科教育有着密切联系,能够为跨学科创新能力评价提供理论视角和方法指引。为此,以前期研究构建的跨学科创新能力评价指标体系为基础,利用TRIZ中的“发明原理”和“最终理想解”两种创新工具,设计并开发了一套基于TRIZ的跨学科创新能力测试题,用于评价学生的创新思维、创新学习和创新技能水平。以47位大学生作为试用对象进行测试,量化数据与质性分析均表明,该套测试题在难度、区分度、信度、效度等重要质量指标上表现良好,符合跨学科创新能力评价要求,具有较高的应用价值。未来一方面可结合人工智能等技术开展智能评价,以弥补纸笔测试和人工打分的不足;另一方面也需重视创新方法的教学与应用,以针对性地培养学生的跨学科创新能力。 Innovative ability is the key literacy that talents should possess in the new era,which would be cultivated well via interdisciplinary education.How to evaluate students’interdisciplinary innovation ability scientifically should be addressed urgently.Due to the complexity of the evaluation of innovation ability,the evaluation of interdisciplinary innovation ability has been limited to students’self-evaluation or work evaluation for a long time,with few objective,quantitative and efficient evaluation tools.TRIZ theory,the Golden Touch,is closely related to innovation ability and interdisciplinary education,and can provide theoretical perspective and methodical guidance for the evaluation of interdisciplinary innovation ability.Therefore,combined with the evaluation index system of interdisciplinary innovation ability constructed in previous studies,a set of interdisciplinary innovation ability test is designed and developed by means of two innovation tools including“invention principle”and“ideal final result”derived from TRIZ to evaluate students’innovative thinking,innovative learning and innovative skills.With 47 college students as participants,both quantitative data and qualitative analysis show that this set of test has good performance in a group of quality indicators such as difficulty,differentiation,reliability and validity,which meets the requirements of interdisciplinary innovation ability evaluation and has high application value.In the future,on the one hand,intelligent evaluation can be administrated with artificial intelligence and other technologies to make up for the limitations of paper-and-pencil testing and manual scoring.On the other hand,attention should be paid to the teaching and application of innovative methods in order to train students’interdisciplinary innovation ability.
