基于响应面设计的北细辛抗炎镇痛成分超高压提取工艺优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的寻找一种简便高效的提取北细辛的方法。方法采用超高压提取技术对北细辛中的甲基丁香酚进行提取。结果细辛中挥发油含量占比较高,其中甲基丁香酚是北细辛中主要的挥发性物质,具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用。结论以GC-MS检测的甲基丁香酚相对百分含量为指标,利用单因素实验方法考察提取压力、保压时间、料液比对甲基丁香酚气质相对百分含量的影响,并通过基于Box-Behnken设计的响应面法对北细辛超高压提取(ultrahighpressureextraction,UHPE)工艺进行优化,为北细辛解热镇痛作用产品原料的工业化生产提供参考。 Objective To find a simple and efficient method for extracting north sparagus.Methods Methyl eugenol was extracted from Herba Asari by the ultra-high pressure extraction technology.Results The content of volatile oil in Herba Asari was relatively high,and methyl eugenol was the main volatile substance in Herba Asari,which had obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.Conclusion Taking the relative content of methyl eugenol detected by GC-MS as an index,this paper investigates the effects of extraction pressure,holding time and solid-liquid ratio on the relative content of methyl eugenol by the single factor experiment method,and optimizes the ultrahigh pressure extraction(UHPe)process of Herba Asari by the response surface methodology based on the Box-Behnken design,in a bid to provide a reference for the industrial production of raw materials for the antipyretic and analgesic products of Herba Asari.
