摘要
试验以金银花为原料,通过干燥、粉碎、超高压处理后,加入石油醚进行提取,得到金银花浸膏。用无水乙醇对浸膏进行脱胶处理,经旋转蒸发仪浓缩后得到金银花精油。通过单因素和响应面试验设计,以金银花精油提取率为指标,分析了压力、保压时间、原料粒度、液料比值对金银花精油提取率的影响。得出的最佳条件为:压力300 MPa,保压时间10 min,原料粒度60目,液料比值10 mL/g。在此最优条件下,得出的提取率为0.696%。
Honeysuckle extract was obtained from drying, crushing, ultra-high pressure treatment honeysuckle with Petroleum ether. The extract with anhydrous ethanol degumming, concentrated by rotary evaporator to give honeysuckle essential oil. The extraction condition(pressure, holding time, granularity of material and liquid/solid ratio) was studied according to the combination of single factor experiment and response surface methodology(RSM). The optimal extraction condition was as follows: the pressure was 300 MPa, the holding time was 10 min, the granularity of material was 60 meshes, the liquid/solid ratio was 10 mL/g with an expected extraction rate of 0.696%.
