摘要
目的:探讨CBL-Seminar教学法在肿瘤科实习生癌症疼痛教学中是否优于LBL教学法。方法:选择某院肿瘤科实习生80名分组教学,对照组40名学生采用传统LBL教学法,观察组40名学生采用CBL-Seminar教学法。结果:观察组在出科考试、病例分析、临床实践及综合评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在阿片类药物使用问卷调查中,观察组实习生对阿片类药物使用的感知优于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组实习生在自学能力、分析能力和解决问题能力、临床思维能力、临床实践能力四个方面均优于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组实习生对教学方法和教师表现的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:与LBL相比,CBL-Seminar教学法在癌症疼痛管理教学中更加有效。
Objective:To explore whether CBL-Seminar is superior to LBL teaching method in cancer pain teaching for oncology interns.Methods:A total of 80 interns were selected in recent years.40 students in the control group received traditional LBL teaching method,while 40 students in the observation group received CBLSeminar teaching method.Results:The scores of examination,case analysis,clinical practice and comprehensive score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey about the attitude of opioid use,the perception of opioid use in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.001).The students in the observation group were better than the control group in following aspects:self-study ability,analytical ability and problem-solving ability,clinical thinking ability,clinical practice ability were improved(P<0.001).Students'satisfaction with teaching methods and teachers'performance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with LBL,CBLSeminar teaching is a more effective for cancer pain management.
