摘要
目前我国多数医学高校在临床本科、七年制教育阶段尚未设置肿瘤学专业课程,肿瘤学专业临床教学不仅承担专业知识体系传授的任务同时还要肩负临床思维、技能培养的职责。然而,传统教学方法在临床肿瘤学的教学效果常不理想。为了改善教学状况本教研室将Seminar教学法和案例教学法结合,引入临床肿瘤学教学实践中,构建新型教学模式在肿瘤学临床教学中的模型,发现该模型可有效激励学生学习的主动性,拓展肿瘤学基础和临床知识宽度,提高临床思维能力并激发创造性思维,从而提高临床肿瘤学的教学质量。
At present,a majority of medical university in China had not yet set oncology curriculum for undergraduate and seven years class students,clinical oncology teaching not only impose the duty of imparting professional knowledge of oncology but also has the task of training clinical skills and thinking.However,the teaching effect of traditional method in clinical teaching of oncology is always not ideal.In order to improve the teaching effect of clinical medical oncology,our department combined the Seminar teaching method with case teaching method and introduced them into clinical oncology teaching practice and set up a new model of teaching in clinical oncology practice.We found that this new model can effectively motivate students' initiative,expand knowledge width,improve the clinical thinking ability and inspire creative thinking,thereby improve the teaching quality of clinical oncology.
