快速提取建筑物要素变化的影像比对方法

摘要 本文围绕基础地理信息数据更新时地物要素变化速度快、发现周期长、更新手段落后等问题,结合当前多源影像数据资源,针对以建筑物为例的变化地物快速发现的核心问题,提出了一种基于影像比对提取技术以准确发现建筑物要素变化的方法,能够大幅度提高人工目视解译筛选阶段的工作效率,减少影像分辨率不足、阴影遮挡等问题所造成的误判,建筑物要素变化提取的准确率可优于80%,对建筑物要素数据的快速更新具有一定促进和提升。 This paper focuses on the problems such as fast change speed,long discovery cycle and backward updating method of ground object elements during the updating of basic geographic information data,combined with the current multi-source image data resources.Aiming at the core problem of rapid discovery of changing ground objects taking buildings as an example,a method of accurately discovering changes of building elements based on image comparison extraction technology was proposed which could greatly improve the work efficiency of manual visual interpretation and screening stage,reduce the misjudgment caused by insufficient image resolution,shadow occlusion and other problems.The accuracy rate of house element change extraction could be better than 80%,which could promote and improve the rapid update of house element data.
