摘要
本文基于第二次全国土地调查数据、地理国情普查数据、遥感影像数据、建设用地审批数据、经济与农业等行业专题数据,利用数学统计和空间分析等方法开展合肥市基本农田分布、撂荒地、疑似非农化占用等状况的监测分析;以变化流向和数量的方式来反映合肥市基本农田变化情况,为基本农田管护工作提供科学依据,辅助政府制定相关管护决策。
Based on the data of the second national land survey, the geographical conditions census, remote sensing image data,construction land approval data, economy and agriculture and other industry thematic data, this paper uses mathematical statistics and spatial analysis to monitor and analyze the distribution of basic farmland, abandoned land and suspected non-agricultural occupation in Hefei;reflect the changes of basic farmland in Hefei by changing the flow direction and quantity, provide scientific basis for basic farmland management and protection, and assist the government in making relevant management and protection decisions.
