摘要
在食品质量控制工作中,食品理化检验是非常重要的环节,其主要对食品中是否含有有害元素、是否超标使用添加剂等进行检测。在食品理化检验过程中,样品是通过随机取样获得,因此需要对样品进行前处理,以提高样品的理化检验质量与效率。本文总结了食品理化检验中样品前处理的方法,并就如何提高样品前处理的质量与效率进行了分析。
In food quality control work,food physical and chemical inspection is a very important link,mainly detecting whether the food contains harmful elements and whether additives exceed the standard.In the process of food physical and chemical inspection,samples are obtained through random sampling,so pre-treatment of the samples is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the physical and chemical inspection of the samples.This article summarizes the methods of sample pretreatment in food physicochemical testing and analyzes how to improve the quality and efficiency of sample pretreatment.
