摘要
海洋生态文明建设作为生态文明建设的重要组成部分,是实现美丽“中国梦”的必然要求,关系着中华民族生存发展和伟大复兴。从海洋生态文明的理念及内涵、海洋生态文明建设水平测度评价、海洋生态文明建设机制3个方面探讨了不同学科学者对海洋生态文明建设的主要研究进展及存在的问题,并指出拓宽研究视角,注重实践性与对比性研究,完善海洋生态文明建设理论体系、评价指标体系和建设机制等未来研究方向,以加强海洋生态文明建设,实现人与海洋的和谐共生。
As an essential part of the construction of ecological civilization,the construction of marine ecological civilization is an inevitable requirement for realizing the beautiful"Chinese Dream".It is related to the survival,development and great rejuvenation of China.The article discusses the main research progress and existing problems of different scholars on marine ecological civilization construction from three aspects:the concept and connotation of marine ecological civilization,the measurement and evaluation of marine ecological civilization construction level and the mechanism of marine ecological civilization construction.It also points out that it is necessary to broaden the research perspective;Pay attention to practical and comparative research;And improve the theoretical system,evaluation index system and mechanism of Marine ecological civilization construction in future research to strengthen the construction of Marine ecological civilization and realize the harmonious coexistence between human and the ocean.
