摘要
生漆是一种天然高分子涂料,具有光滑的质地、优雅的美感和高耐用性能,适用于木制家具和手工艺品的涂饰。然而,由于天然生漆存在干燥时间过长、耐碱性较差且机械强度不足等缺陷,必须加以改进才能得到广泛的应用。将3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)改性纳米Al_(2)O_(3)与生漆混合,制备了改性纳米Al_(2)O_(3)/生漆复合涂料,极大地提高了漆膜的硬度、光泽度、粗糙度、抗冲击性能、附着力、疏水性和耐碱性。当纳米Al_(2)O_(3)从0%(质量分数)增加到4.0%时,在25℃和80%的相对湿度下,漆膜达到硬化所需的干燥时间从210 min缩短至120 min,光泽度从61.40 GU提高至85.40 GU。纳米Al_(2)O_(3)的加入加速了漆酚的聚合,提高了漆膜的光泽度。此外,改性纳米Al_(2)O_(3)/生漆复合漆膜的表面粗糙度也随着纳米粒子含量的增多而逐渐提高,因此复合漆膜的疏水性也随之提升。当纳米Al_(2)O_(3)含量为1.0%时,复合漆膜的热稳定性和机械性能最佳,具体表现在硬度达到了6H、抗冲击性能增加至50 kg·cm,明显高于纯生漆漆膜的硬度(3H)和抗冲击性(40 kg·cm)。扫描电镜结果表明,纳米Al_(2)O_(3)的加入填补了漆膜内部的孔隙,复合漆膜具有良好的致密性。
Raw lacquer is a natural polymer resin-based coating material produced from the phloem of the lacquer tree,with the advantages of smooth texture,elegant beauty,and high durability after the film formation,which is known as the“king of paints”.Being benefited from the advantages of natural lacquer,it is very suitable for the surface finishing of wooden furniture and handicrafts to play the role of decoration and protection of the surface of the apparatus.However,the drawbacks of natural lacquers,such as long drying time,poor alkali resistance and insufficient mechanical strength,which cannot meet the requirements of contemporary society for fast drying and high performance of coatings,so a suitable method is needed to modify natural lacquers for improving their finishing properties and expanding their applications in coatings.In this study,a series of modified nano-Al_(2)O_(3)/raw lacquer composite coatings with different percentages of nano-Al_(2)O_(3)was prepared by thoroughly mixing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)modified Al_(2)O_(3)nano particles with natural raw lacquer,which greatly improved the hardness,gloss,roughness,impact resistance,adhesion,hydrophobicity,and alkali resistance of the composite coating films.When the addition of modified Al_(2)O_(3)nano particles was gradually increased from 0%(mass fraction)to 4.0%,the drying time required for the lacquer film to reach complete hardening was shortened from 210 min to 120 min at 25℃and 80%relative humidity,and the surface gloss of the lacquer film was significantly increased from 61.40 to 85.40 GU.The addition of modified Al_(2)O_(3)nano particles significantly accelerated the polymerization of lacquer phenol in the film,which shortened the drying time of the film and improved the surface gloss of the film.In addition,the results of atomic force microscope(AFM)showed that the surface roughness of the modified nano-Al_(2)O_(3)/raw lacquer composite film increased gradually with the increase of the nanoparticle content,so the hydrophobicity of t
