摘要
针对井下带式输送机在运行过程中带速与煤量不匹配、电机空载时间过长造成的能源大量消耗、未能及时发现输送带跑偏与撕裂等故障造成的安全事故与经济损失,提出了基于可视化识别的井下带式输送机智能监控系统。该系统是依托于可视化智能摄像仪,形成实时的煤量状态,将带式输送机信息通过Modbus TCP传输给矿用鸿蒙系统的PLC核心控制器,经过PLC核心控制器进行算法运算,根据煤量调整带速,并进行故障预测与诊断;具有“一碰连”功能,将固定按键操作变成移动操作。现场实践表明,该系统能够有效地节约能源和延长输送机使用寿命。
In view of the mismatch between belt speed and coal quantity during the operation of underground belt conveyor,too long no-load time of motor resulting in a large amount of energy consumption and failure to find belt faults such as belt deviation and tear in time causing safety accidents and economic losses,an intelligent monitoring system of underground belt conveyor based on visual identification was proposed.This system is based on intelligent camera and forms real-time coal quantity status.The belt information was transmitted to the PLC core controller of the mining Harmony system through Modbus TCP,carried out the algorithm calculation through the PLC core controller,adjusted the belt speed according to the coal quantity,and carried out the fault prediction and diagnosis.It has the function of"one-touch connection",which transforms fixed key operation into mobile operation.Field practice shows that the system can effectively save energy and prolong the service life of the conveyor.
