摘要
对带式输送机的整体结构进行了简要概述。以DTL120/80/2×160型带式输送机为研究对象,结合煤矿实际情况,根据带式输送机运输的煤矿物料体积大小原理,对速度智能控制系统进行了设计对系统中关键的硬件设施进行了选型与设计,将速度智能控制系统应用到带式输送机工程实践中取得了较好的效果,每年可以为煤矿企业节省36万元的电能费用。
The overall structure of the belt conveyor is briefly summarized in this article.Taking the DTL120/80/2×160 belt conveyor as the research object,combining the actual situation of the coal mine,and according to the principle of the size of the coal mine material transported by the belt conveyor,the speed intelligent control system is designed,and the key hardware facilities in the system are selected and designed.The application of speed intelligent control system to the belt conveyor engineering practice achieves good results,which can save 360,000 yuan of electricity costs for coal mine enterprises every year.
