摘要
目的 对电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方案统计分析,为诊疗方案优化提供参考。方法 运用文献计量学方法对16年来电针治疗腰突症文献的取穴组方、留针时间、疗程、针刺频次和电针波形统计分析。结果 委中为取穴最多的穴位,其次为夹脊、环跳、阳陵泉、肾俞。在组方中,双穴配伍支持度以委中、环跳组合频率最高;三穴配伍支持度以委中、夹脊、环跳频率最高。留针时间大多为30 min;其次为20 min。10 d为1个疗程的最多;针刺频次为每日1次和隔日1次。电针波形为连续波和疏密波。结论 电针治疗腰突症取穴多以膀胱经为主,组方多为3~5穴,留针时间多为30 min,10 d为1个疗程,每日1次,波形为连续波或疏密波。
Objective To statistically analyze the treatment plan of electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and to provide a reference for the optimization of the diagnosis and treatment plan.Methods The literature of electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar protrusion in the past 16 years was statistically analyzed by using bibliometric method,including point selection and prescription,needle retention time,course of treatment,acupuncture frequency and electroacupuncture waveform.Results Weizhong(BL40) was the most selected acupoint,followed by Jiaji(EX-B2),Huantiao(GB30),Yanglingquan(GB34) and Shenshu(BL23).In the formulation,the combination of Weizhong(BL40) and Huantiao(GB30) had the highest frequency and support.Three points of compatibility with Weizhong(BL40),Jiaji(EX-B2) and Huantiao(GB30) frequency is the highest,support degree.Needle retention time was mostly 30 min.The second is 20 min.10 d was the maximum for a course of treatment.The frequency of acupuncture was once daily and once every other day.Electroacupuncture waveform is continuous wave and density wave.Conclusion The bladder meridian is the main acupoint selection method for electroacupuncture treatment of lumbar protrusion,and the prescriptions are mostly 3~5 points.The needle retention time is mostly 30 minutes,10 days a course of treatment,once a day,and the waveform is continuous wave or dense wave.
