摘要
目的探讨艾司洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死合并快速型心律失常患者的疗效及对心电图的影响。方法抽选60例急性心肌梗死合并快速型心律失常患者,随机划分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组使用胺碘酮,观察组联合使用艾司洛尔和胺碘酮进行治疗,观察2组疗效和治疗前后心电图水平。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组心电图PR周期比对照组长,QT间期比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室舒缩末期内径(LVESD)比对照组低,左室射血(LVEF)、每搏量(SV)比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾司洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死合并快速型心律失常起效快,效果明显,可显著缩短心电图QT间期,降低炎症因子水平,改善心功能。
Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect and electrocardiogram of the combined use of Lolol and amiodarone in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and tachyarrhythmia.Methods A selection of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with tachyarrhythmia were admitted to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment from March 2019 to December 2020.60 patients were randomly divided into the reference group and the treatment group.The reference group was treated with amiodarone and implemented anti-Conventional treatment of arrhythmia,the treatment group was combined with esmolol and amiodarone for treatment,and the efficacy of the two and the level of electrocardiogram before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the PR cycle and QT interval of the treatment group were shorter than those ofthe control group(P<0.05),the LVEDD and LVESD of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,IVEF and SV were significantly higher in the treatment groupthanthosein the control group(P<0.05),andβ2-MG and Hey were significantly lowerin thetreatment groupthan those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of esmolol and amiodarone in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with tachyarrhythmia has a quick onset and obvious effect,which can significantly shorten the QT interval of electrocardiogram,and has clinical application value and promotion value.
