摘要
近些年来,各种公共卫生事件在全球范围内屡见不鲜,例如传染病疫情、虫害等对全世界人民身心健康和生命安全造成严重危害。由于公共卫生事件数量持续增多,导致公立医院在应对公共卫生事件的过程中呈现出超负荷运转状态,这也对公共卫生事件发生时公立医院人事管理提出了更高要求。基于此,本文首先阐述公共卫生事件下公立医院人事管理面临的难点,同时对公共卫生事件下公立医院人事管理提出相应建议。
In recent years,various public health incidents have occurred frequently around the world.For example,the epidemic of infectious diseases and insect pests have caused serious harm to the physical and mental health and life safety of people all over the world.Due to the continuous increase in the number of public health incidents,public hospitals are overloaded in the process of responding to public health incidents,which also puts forward higher re⁃quirements for the personnel management of public hospitals when public health incidents occur.Based on this,this paper first expounds the difficulties faced by public hospital personnel management under public health events,and at the same time puts forward corresponding suggestions for public hospital personnel management under public health events.
