摘要
Mastercam2022是数控铣、数控车、数控车铣复合机床编程软件中最常见的CAM软件之一,但其自带的后处理器是一种通用的后处理器,后处理的NC文件不能直接被机床识别,还需要经过修改后才能用于正常使用。在充分了解和分析大连机床SIEMENS828D数控系统车削中心结构及车削、铣削功能要求的基础上,以简单易判的C轴分度回转编程为参照,探究了获得车削中心车削功能、联动和定向铣削功能主体数据的MasterCAM 2022正确后置设置,进行了适应SIEMENS828D数控系统大连机床车削中心程序头尾格式输出的后置定制,并通过实际案例应用实施了数控程序输出的仿真测试和实际加工验证,可为不同系统机床实施车铣程序输出提供参考。
Mastercam2022 is one of the most common CAM software in the programming software of CNC milling,CNC turning,and CNC milling composite machine tools.However,its built-in post-processor is a universal post-processor,and the post-processed NC files cannot be directly recognized by the machine tool and need to be modified before they can be used for normal use.On the basis of fully understanding and analyzing the structure of the turning center and the requirements for turning and milling functions of the SIEMENS828D CNC system of Dalian Machine Tool,and referring to the simple and easy to determine C-axis indexing rotation programming,the correct post setting of MasterCAM 2022 for obtaining the main data of the turning function,linkage,and directional milling function of the turning center was explored,and a post customization was carried out to adapt to the output format of the SIEMENS828D CNC system Dalian Machine Tool Turning Center program,And through practical case applications,simulation testing and actual machining verification of CNC program output were implemented,which can provide reference for the implementation of turning and milling program output for different system machine tools.
