摘要
针对MasterCAM默认后置处理器用于SINUMERIK802D数控系统无法实现孔加工固定循环这一难题,在分析MasterCAM通用后置处理器与SINUMERIK802D数控系统孔加工固定循环特点的基础上,开发了基于MasterCAM的SINUMERIK802D后置处理器,从而提高了编程效率和可靠性。
According to the problem which SINUMERIK802D NC system not implementing the Canned Hole Machining Cycle based on default post-processor of MasterCAM,this paper analyses the general post-processor of MasterCAM and the feature of SINUMERIK802D Canned Hole Machining Cycle,therefrom,develops the post-processor of MasterCAM applicable to SINUMERIK802D,improves the efficiency and reliability of NC program.
