摘要
目的研究医用一次性防护服在干燥和湿润2种状态的阻菌效果。方法分别采用湿态微生物、干态微生物及微生物气溶胶试验方法,对干燥条件、喷湿条件及浸润条件下医用一次性防护服材料的微生物透过情况进行研究。结果湿态微生物穿透试验中,干燥布料和喷湿布料在15、30、60 min均有细菌透过,且随着时间的延长被细菌透过的样片阳性率增高,浸润布料5 min细菌就能完全透过。干态微生物穿透试验中,干燥布料和喷湿布料均在1和6 h有细菌透过,浸润布料在15 min就有70%的布料样片被细菌透过,相同时间下浸润布料的干态微生物透过阳性率高于干燥布料及喷湿布料。微生物气溶胶穿透试验中,干燥布料的平均阻菌率为92.82%,浸润布料的平均阻菌率为97.00%。结论医用一次性防护服在浸润条件下阻隔湿态微生物及干态微生物的能力较差,而对微生物气溶胶的阻隔能力在干燥及湿润状态下均良好。
Objective To study the bacteria resistance properties of single-use protective clothing for medical use in dry and wet states.Methods The microbial permeability of medical disposable protective clothing materials under dry conditions,wet spray conditions and infiltration conditions was studied by wet microorganisms,dry microorganisms and microbial aerosol experimental methods.Results In the wet microbial penetration test,bacteria penetrated both dry cloth and wet sprayed cloth for 15,30 and 60 min,and the positive rate of samples penetrated by bacteria increased with time,and bacteria could completely penetrate the cloth for 5 min.In the dry microbial penetration test,both the dry cloth and the wet cloth were penetrated by bacteria at 1 and 6 h,and 70%of the samples of the infiltrated cloth were penetrated by bacteria in 15 minutes,and the positive rate of dry microbial penetration of the infiltrated cloth was higher than that of the dry cloth and the wet sprayed cloth at the same time.In the microbial aerosol penetration test,the average bacteria blocking rates of dry cloth was 92.82%,and the average bacteria blocking rates of infiltrated cloth was 97.00%.Conclusion Medical disposable protective clothing has poor ability to block wet microorganisms and dry microorganisms under wetting conditions,while the barrier ability to microbial aerosols is good in both dry and wet states.
