防控新型冠状病毒肺炎医用防护服标准比较与选型导引研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:比较研究国内外医用防护服标准和关键试验指标,为指导新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控期间的医用防护服高效采购、合理使用提供循证信息。方法:参照国内外医用防护服的标准体系、试验流程及关键指标,对国内外医用防护服标准及关键指标进行比较分析。结果:经对比分析,得到对应于国标抗合成血液穿透要求的选型最低标准和具有抗血源性病原体穿透功能的选型标准。结论:国标抗合成血液穿透性能相比于美国要求较低,且缺乏抗血源性病原体穿透的标准。在医用防护服选型中应按照高性能要求选择医用防护服,重点关注使用范围、标准和关键试验等。 Objective:To compare and study the domestic and overseas standards and key test indexes of medical protective clothing so as to provide evidence-based information for guiding effective procurement and reasonable use of medical protective clothing during prevention and control term of COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The domestic and overseas standards and key indexes of medical protective clothing were compared and analyzed through referred to domestic and overseas standard system, test procedure and key indexes of medical protective clothing. Results: The most basic standard of model selection that was corresponding to the requirement of anti-penetration for synthetic blood in national standard, and the standard of model selection that had anti-penetration function for hematogenous pathogen were obtained by the comparison and analysis. Conclusion: The performance of anti-penetration of synthetic blood of national standard is lower than the requirements of American standard for that. And the national standard about anti-penetration for hematogenous pathogen is lack. In the model selection of medical protective clothing, hospital should depend on the requirement of high-performance to select medical protective clothing, and should pay more attention to the use range, standard and key test of medical protective clothing.
