摘要
高质量医药人才的培养离不开对学生工匠精神的培育。以江苏护理职业学院学生为调查对象,通过了解学生对医学生培养工匠精神内涵的认知和认同情况等,发现医学生工匠精神素养培育中存在的不足,并从卫生类高职院校加强工匠精神培育角度提出“一个中心、两支队伍、三个课堂”的基本对策,即在育人体系上立足培养德技并修人才的中心目标;在育人主体上发挥学校和行业企业协同育人作用;在育人过程上实现课堂教学、校园文化、网络课堂联动。
The cultivation of high-quality medical talents is inseparable from the cultivation of students'workmanship spirit.Taking the students of Jiangsu College of Nursing as the investigation object,this study probes into students'cognition and recognition of workmanship spirit of cultivation,and finds out the shortcomings in cultivating the workmanship spirit of medical students.Furthermore,from the perspective of strengthening the workmanship spirit cultivation in vocational college of nursing,this study proposes the basic countermeasures of"one center,two teams and three classrooms":the central goal of cultivating talents with morality and skills in the education system,give full play to the role of colleges and industrial enterprises in fostering talents,and realize the linkage of classroom teaching,campus culture,and online classrooms in the education process.
