摘要
以深度访谈和课堂观察为数据收集工具,对参与线上教学的外语教师典型个案进行质性研究,结论表明:“停课不停学”背景下外语教师的教学信念与实践均发生了变化,主要体现在教学环境、师生角色、教学评价和教师专业发展等维度,变化的特征包括无变化、新增、增强、减弱四大类型。这些变化受到线上教学环境的局限性、课时缩短、学生线上学习自律性、教师反思等因素影响。
Using in-depth interviews and classroom observation as data collection tools,this paper conducts a qualitative case study on one typical foreign language teacher who participated in online teaching.The findings show that:Under the background of“suspending classes without stopping learning”,the participant experienced four types of changes(i.e.,no change,new addition,enhancement,and weakening)in teaching beliefs and practices.The factors that shaped such changes included the limitations of the online teaching environment,shortened class hours,students self-discipline problem,and teachers reflection.This conclusion will shed new light on online teaching in the post-pandemic era.
