摘要
多数牙齿先天缺失对患者咀嚼、发音、面部外形及生长发育有很大影响,需要尽早修复。本文试图尽可能全面地介绍多数牙先天缺失患者的修复问题,从患者自身的特点及几种修复方法需要注意的问题入手,结合了参考文献及我们临床工作的体会。满意的修复治疗需要口腔各学科(正畸科、儿童口腔科、牙体牙髓科、牙周科、颌面外科)的共同努力,也需要在不同年龄阶段采用不同方法并终身维护的口腔序列治疗。
Patients with Oligodontia have significant defects on chewing,pronunciation,facial appearance,and growth and development,which requires restoration as early as possible.This article attempts to comprehensively introduce the restoration of patients with Oligodontia,starting from the characteristics of the patients themselves and the issues that need to be paid attention to in different kind of prostheses,combined with references and our clinical work experience.Satisfactory restorative treatments require the joint efforts of various disciplines in the field of dentistry(orthodontics,pediatric dentistry,endodontics,periodontics,and maxillofacial surgery),as well as the use of oral sequence therapy that adopts different age stage and is maintained throughout the whole life.
