不同雪茄烟品种(系)各部位烟叶的钾含量

摘要 【目的】探明雪茄烟品种(系)各部位烟叶的钾含量,为富钾雪茄烟品种(系)在独山及类似地区生产上的应用提供参考。【方法】采用田间试验方法,探究7个雪茄烟品种(系)(Ambale-ma、Beinhart1000-1、Beinhart100-1、Florida301、贵雪1号、贵雪2号和贵雪3号)各部位烟叶的钾含量。【结果】7个雪茄烟品种(系)各部烟叶的钾含量差异较大,均随烟叶部位升高而降低,各品种(系)下部叶、中部叶、上部叶和顶部叶的钾含量分别为4.48%~7.77%、4.03%~5.85%、2.85%~5.07%和2.19%~5.03%,依次为Beinhart100-1>贵雪3号>Beinhart1000-1>贵雪1号>Ambale-ma>Florida301>贵雪2号,贵雪1号>Ambale-ma>Beinhart100-1>贵雪3号>Beinhart1000-1>Florida301>贵雪2号,Ambale-ma>Beinhart1000-1>Beinhart100-1>贵雪3号>贵雪1号>Florida301>贵雪2号,Ambale-ma>Bein hart1000-1>Beinhart100-1>贵雪3号>Florida301>贵雪1号>贵雪2号;根据烟叶的钾含量,7个雪茄烟品种(系)可分为2类,其中,Ambale-ma、Beinhart1000-1和Beinhart100-1为第1类,烟叶的钾含量相对较高,平均为5.41%~5.66%;其余4个品种(系)为第2类,烟叶钾含量相对较低,平均为3.39%~4.86%。【结论】7个雪茄烟品种(系)中,Ambale-ma、Beinhart1000-1和Beinhart100-1属于优质雪茄烟叶,其余品种(系)接近优质雪茄烟叶。 【Objective】The potassium content of tobacco leaves in different positions of cigar varieties(lines)was explored,so as to provide reference for the application of K-enrichment cigar varieties(lines)in Dushan and similar areas.【Method】Through field experiment,the content of tobacco leaves in different position of seven cigar varieties(lines)(Ambale-ma,Beinhart1000-1,Beinhart100-1,Florida301,Guixue 1,Guixue 2 and Guixue 3)was studied.【Result】The potassium content of tobacco leaves in different positions differed greatly in different cigar varieties(lines),which all decreased with the rise of tobacco leaf parts.The K content in lower leaves,middle leaves,upper leaves and top leaves were 4.48%-7.77%,4.03%-5.85%,2.85%-5.07%and 2.19%-5.03%,with Beinhart100-1>Guixue 3>Beinhart 1000-1>Guixue 1>Ambale-ma>Florida301>Guixue 2,Guixue 1>Ambale-ma>Beinhart100-1>Guixue 3>Beinhart1000-1>Florida301>Guixue 2,Ambale-ma>Beinhart1000-1>Beinhart100-1>Guixue 3>Guixue 1>Florida301>Guixue 2 and Ambale-ma>Beinhart1000-1>Beinhart100-1>Guixue 3>Florida301>Guixue 1>Guixue 2,respectively.According to potassium content of tobacco leaves,7 cigar varieties(lines)could be divided into 2 groups.Ambale-ma,Beinhart1000-1 and Beinhart100-1 belonged to the groupⅠwith higher potassium content in leaves,and the average content were 5.41%-5.66%.Other 4 varieties(lines)belonged to groupⅡwith lower potassium content in leaves,and the average content were 3.39%-4.86%.【Conclusion】Ambale-ma,Beinhart1000-1 and Beinhart100-1 belonged to high-quality cigar leaves,while other 4 varieties(lines)were nearly high-quality cigar leaves.
