摘要
在西瓜漂浮育苗过程中,幼苗受到水分因素的影响易发生徒长现象。为探究植物生长调节剂对西瓜幼苗的影响,以雪龙二号西瓜品种为试材,以不进行漂浮育苗的幼苗为对照,分别采用矮壮素、缩节胺、多效唑对西瓜漂浮幼苗进行处理,测定了西瓜漂浮幼苗的形态指标、抗氧化酶活性及内源激素含量。结果表明,相比对照,西瓜漂浮幼苗T0(不进行植物生长调节剂处理)的株高、茎粗、根长、幼苗鲜质量、叶面积、壮苗指数均显著增加;3种植物生长调节剂处理后,C3处理壮苗指数相比T0无显著差异,株高相比T0降低了14.90%;C3处理过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性相比T0分别降低了41.44%和23.71%;C3处理西瓜漂浮幼苗生长素(IAA)含量显著下降了42.52%~79.44%,脱落酸含量显著上升了10.36%~17.12%。综上,C3处理(400 mg·L^(-1)矮壮素)的效果最佳,能有效控制西瓜漂浮幼苗徒长,更有利于培育西瓜壮苗。
During the process of floating seedlings establishment,the watermelon seedlings are prone to excessive growth affected by water factors.In order to explore the influence of plant growth regulators on watermelon seedlings,the Xuelong No.2 watermelon variety was used as the experimental material and the non-floating seedlings were used as control.The watermelon floating seedlings were treated with CCC,DPC,and PP333,respectively.And the morphological indices,activities of antioxidant enzymes,and endogenous hormone content of seedlines were measured.The results indicated that the T0(floating seedlings without treatment)had significantly increased in plant height,stem thickness,root length,seedling fresh wight,leaf area,and strong seedling index compared to control.After the treatment with three plant growth regulators,the plant height of watermelon floating seedlings was significantly lower than that of T0.There was no significant difference in strong seedling index between C3 and T0,and the plant height was reduced by 14.90%compared with T0,the activities of C3-treated peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)decreased by 41.44%and 23.71%.The auxin(IAA)content of C3-treated watermelon floating seedlings decreased significantly by 42.52%-79.44%,and the content of abscisic acid increased by 10.36%-17.12%.In conclusion,the study found that treating watermelon floating seedlings with 400 mg·L^(-1)CCC is the most effective way of controlling plant growth and promoting the growth of strong seedlings.
