摘要
为了解决茄子和番茄种子的萌发问题,试验以当地大面积种植茄子和番茄种子为材料,研究了不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)、水杨酸(SA)、赤霉素(GA3)、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)溶液引发处理对茄子和番茄种子萌发的影响。结果表明,经过GA3处理的茄子、番茄种子的胚根长和发芽率最高,最佳质量浓度为300 mg/L;PEG-6000处理对茄子和番茄胚根的生长和干鲜质量比有较好的效果,但对其萌发有抑制作用;SA和6-BA处理对茄子和番茄干鲜质量比和萌发有较好的效果,而对其胚根生长有抑制作用;SA和6-BA最佳质量浓度分别为50、10 mg/L。生产中宜选择300 mg/L GA3作为番茄、茄子种子的引发剂。
To solve the problem of eggplant and tomato seed germination,eggplant and tomato seeds were used as materials to study the effects of different concentrations of polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000),salicylic acid(SA),gibberellin(GA3)and 6-benzylaminoadenine(6-BA)on seed germination of eggplant and tomato.The results showed that the radicle length and germination rate of eggplant and tomato seeds treated with GA3 were the best,and the best mass concentration was 300 mg/L.PEG-6000 treatment had a good effect on the growth and dry fresh quality ratio of eEggplant and tomato radicle,but inhibited its germination.SA and 6-BA treatment had good effects on the dry fresh quality ratio and germination of eggplant and tomato,but inhibited the growth of radicle.The best treatment concentrations of SA and 6-BA were 50,10 mg/L,respectively.In the production,300 mg/L GA3 was selected as the initiator of tomato and eggplant seeds.
