摘要
YABBY基因家族是种子植物特有的一类转录因子,具有C 2C 2锌指结构域和YABBY结构域,该家族在植物的发育过程中起重要调控作用。为研究烟草YABBY基因家族的成员及其作用,利用生物信息学技术从烟草基因组数据库中鉴定YABBY基因,并分析其蛋白理化性质、构建系统发育树、分析启动子顺势作用元件等。结果表明:在烟草基因组中一共鉴定到7个NtYABBYs基因,分为5个亚家族,均无跨膜结构,定位于细胞核内,启动子顺式作用分析表明NtYABBY基因含有与植物生长发育、植物激素、防御与胁迫等相关的顺势作用元件。该结果可为烟草NtYABBYs基因家族的进一步研究提供理论基础。
The YABBY gene family is a class of transcription factors with C 2C 2 zinc finger domain and YABBY domain,which specific to seed plants.The YABBY gene family plays an important role in regulating the plant development.In order to study the members of the tobacco YABBY gene family and their roles,we used the molecular bioinformatics techndogy to study the tobacco YABBY gene family from the tobacco genome data.We also analyzed the NtYABBY protein physical,chemical properties,the homeopathic elements of the promoter and constructed a phylogenetic tree.The results showed that a total of 7 NtYABBYs genes were identified within the tobacco genome,and divided into 5 subfamilies.AIL of the 7 YABBY proteins have no trans membrane structure and locate in the nucleus by subcellular localization prediction.Promoter analysis showed that there were homeopathic elements associated with plant growth and development,plant hormones and defense against stress,which could provide a theoretical basis for further research on tobacco NtYABBYs.
