电镀锌与热镀锌层的鉴别方法 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了如何通过金相法和X射线衍射法对电镀锌与热镀锌镀层进行鉴别。采用金相法进行鉴别时,只需观察镀层是否分为两层:分为两层的为热镀锌层,只有一层的为电镀锌层。采用金相显微镜无法区分镀层层数时,可采用扫描电子显微镜观察镀层的层数。若从层次上无法识别的,可采用EBSD系统对镀层中有无Zn-Fe合金相来进行鉴别。采用X射线衍射法进行鉴别时,镀层中有Zn-Fe合金相,则为热镀锌层,否则为电镀锌层。但X射线衍射法对检测样品有一定的要求,而且会受到镀层中相含量和镀层厚度等条件的限制。 This paper introduces how to identify the electrogalvanizing and hot dip galvanized coatings by means of metallography and X-ray diffraction.When the metallographic method is used for identification,it is only necessary to directly observe whether the coating is divided into two layers,the hot dip galvanized layer is divided into two layers,and the electrogalvanizing layer is only one layer.The scanning electron microscope can be used to observe the number of coating layers when the number of coating layers can't be distinguished by the metallographic microscope.If it can't be identified from the level,EBSD system can be used to identify whether there is Zn-Fe alloy phase in the coating.When the X-ray diffraction method is used for identification,if there is Zn-Fe alloy phase in the coating,it is hot dip galvanized coating,otherwise it is electrogalvanizing coating.However,the X-ray diffraction method has certain requirements for the detection samples,and it will be limited by the phase content and thickness of the coating.
