摘要
纤维体积含量是评价复合材料力学性能的关键指标,复合材料纤维体积含量的测量方法包括密度法、金相法、煅烧法、化学溶解法等。推导出了混杂铺层复合材料的纤维体积含量的计算公式:Fvc(%)=ρL-ρR/ρF-ρR×100%,根据密度法测得复合材料试板密度,并通过查询预浸料的纤维密度、树脂密度、试板铺层数等基本参数,引入了等效密度的概念,实现了C919复合材料零件的混杂铺层结构的纤维体积含量的检测计算,测试结果与理论值进行比较,偏差范围符合工程设计预期。
Fiber volume of composites materials was the key index to evaluate the mechanical properties.The measurement methods of fiber volume content of composite materials included density method,metallographic method,calcination method,chemical dissolution method and so on.In this paper,the formula for calculating the fiber volume content of hybrid layering composites was derived as follow Fvc(%)=ρL-ρR/ρF-ρR×100%,and the density of composite test plate was measured by density method.By inquiring the basic parameters of fiber density,resin density and test layering number of prepreg,the concept of average density was introduced,the fiber volume content of hybrid layering structure of C919 composite parts was calculated.The test results are compared with the theoretical values.The deviation result accords with the engineering design expectation.
