摘要
目的 通过给予失眠患者综合护理指导后,以期达到改善患者睡眠,减少服药量的作用。方法 选取某综合医院心理科门诊2018年3月1日-2019年5月31日诊断为失眠患者,采用信封法分成干预组40例和对照组42例,对照组患者进行常规门诊诊疗和药物治疗,干预组在対照组基础上给予综合护理指导。比较2组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷得分和安眠药物使用情况。结果 干预组后PSQI得分为(10.488±2.82)分,低于对照组(13.15±3.46)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,干预组失眠患者经过综合护理指导后服用安眠药减少或停药的人数占比77.5%,明显高于对照组33.3%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 给予失眠患者综合护理指导后,可提高患者睡眠质量,同时提高了睡眠自我管理的能力和依从性,减少安眠药物的使用,为临床实践中给予患者更优化的治疗模式提供理论依据。
Objectives To improve sleep and reduce drug dosage by giving comprehensive nursing guidance to insomnia patients.Methods Patients diagnosed with insomnia in the psychological outpatient department of a general hospital from March 1st,2018 to May 31st,2019 were selected and divided into an intervention group(40 cases)and a control group(42 cases)by envelope method.Patients in the control group received routine outpatient diagnosis and treatment and drug treatment,while patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing guidance based on the onscreen group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores and sleep medication use were compared between the two groups.Results The PSQI score of the intervention group was(10.488±2.82)points lower than that of the control group(13.15±3.46)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of insomnia patients in the intervention group who took sleeping pills after comprehensive nursing guidance to reduce or stop the number of 77.5%was significantly higher than that of the control group 33.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing guidance for insomnia patients could improve the quality of sleep,improve the ability and compliance of sleep self-management,reduce the use of sleeping drugs,and provide theoretical basis for giving patients more optimal treatment mode in clinical practice.
