摘要
目的:探讨将不同护理模式应用于老年患者睡眠的护理的效果。方法:选取2016年9月至2018年4月厦门市仙岳医院收治的老年失眠障碍患者92例,按照计算机随机的方法,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组老年患者采用常规护理方案,而观察组患者在此基础上应用综合护理干预。比较2组老年患者的睡眠质量,评价2组老年患者的生命质量评分。结果:研究显示观察组患者的睡眠质量更好,并且观察组患者的生活评分质量更高,各数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年睡眠障碍患者应用综合护理干预,能够在一定程度上对患者的睡眠质量进行改善,并且从侧面也能够影响患者的生命质量,使患者的生命质量获得明显提高,具有积极意义,是一种有效的护理方案,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of applying different nursing models to the sleep care of elderly patients.Methods:9 A total of 92 elderly patients with insomnia admitted to Xianyue Hospital of Xiamen from September 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in this study.The baseline data of all patients was entered into the computer using a randomized computer program.They were named control group and experimental group,and each group contained 46 patients.The elderly patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing program,while the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The sleep quality of the elderly patients in the two groups was compared.To evaluate the quality of life score of the two groups of elderly patients.Results:The results showed that the sleep quality of the aged patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group and the quality of life scores of the experimental group was higher.The difference between the data groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention to the elderly patients with sleep disorders can improve the quality of sleep to some extent,and it also indirectly affect the quality of life of patients,and the quality of life of patients can be significantly improved.It is a very active nursing program and is worth popularizing.
