摘要
目的 采用移动护理工作站在综合外科病房应用,以期达到数据方便录入,缩短护理文书书写时间的目的。方法 将2020年5月1日-2021年4月30日未使用移动护理工作站的护理组设为对照组,2021年5月1日-2022年4月30日使用移动护理工作站的护理组设为试验组。比较2组护士的护理文书书写质量、护理文书书写时间、护士对移动护理工作站的满意度。结果 试验组护理文书书写质量得分(96.50±1.09)分优于对照组(95.42±0.90)分,护理记录书写时间(115.31±8.96)分钟明显少于对照组(125.22±10.16)分钟,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,护士对试验组护理系统的满意度(4.38±0.69)分明显优于对照组(3.70±0.75)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 将移动护理工作站运用于综合外科护理工作中可有效提升护理文书书写,缩短护理文书书写时间,提高护士满意度。
Objectives The mobile nursing workstation was used in the comprehensive surgery ward to facilitate data entry and shorten the writing time of nursing documents.Methods The nursing group who did not use the mobile nursing workstation from May 2020 to April 2021 was set as the control group,and the nursing group who used the mobile nursing workstation from May 2021 to April 2022 was set as the experimental group.The nursing quality,the writing time of nursing documents,and the nurses'satisfaction with the mobile nursing workstation were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic nursing,perioperative management,nursing document writing quality and nursing document writing time in the experimental group were 96.17±1.11,95.75±1.06,96.50±1.09,115.31±8.96,and 95.00±0.95,94.92±0.67 in the control group,95.42±0.90,125.22±10.16,the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing nurses'satisfaction with the mobile nursing system,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of mobile nursing workstation in comprehensive surgical nursing could effectively improve the quality of nursing,shorten the writing time of nursing documents,and improve the satisfaction of nurses,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
