摘要
目的探讨心理护理及健康指导在晚期卵巢癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取30例晚期卵巢癌化疗患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组为观察组,每组15例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取心理护理及健康指导。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组治疗依从性及疾病认知度(100%、93.33%)均高于对照组(73.33%、66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能以及物质功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理及健康指导能够提升晚期卵巢癌化疗患者的治疗依从性及疾病认知度,改善患者的心理状态,进而提高患者的生命质量。
Objective to explore the application effect of psychological nursing and health guidance in patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 30 patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing and health guidance based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The treatment compliance and disease recognition of the observation group(100%,93.33%)were higher than those of the control group(73.33%,66.67%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,social function,physical function and material function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing and health guidance can improve the treatment compliance and disease recognition of patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy,improve the mental state of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
