摘要
目的:分析2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)(一部)收载果实及种子类中药的来源信息。方法:统计2020年版《中国药典》(一部)收载的果实及种子类中药,建立数据库分析其数量、基原植物、药用部位等。结果:2020年版《中国药典》(一部)共收载59科142种果实及种子类中药,包括85种果实类中药和57种种子类中药,占其收载616种药材和饮片的23.05%。药材数量最多的10科是豆科14种、芸香科11种、葫芦科9种、蔷薇科9种、大戟科6种、姜科6种、禾本科4种、菊科4种、茄科4种、使君子科4种。有31种药材的基原植物数≥2种,占比为21.83%。基原植物数为4种、3种、2种的药材分别有1种、5种、19种,且有6种药材的基原植物数不明。果实及种子类中药的药用部位分为完整果实、果实的一部分、完整种子、种子的一部分,各含71种、14种、51种、6种药材。85种果实类中药涉及20种果实类型,如核果、蒴果、浆果、柑果、聚合浆果等。结论:2020年版《中国药典》(一部)收载果实及种子类中药的数量较多,药材的来源科属、药用部位和果实类型有多样性,还需深入分析《中国药典》记载的相关内容,以发掘该类药材的开发利用价值。
Objective:To analyze the basic source information of fruit and seed Chinese medicine contained in 2020 edi-tion of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part I).Methods:The fruits and seeds of Chinese medicines collected in 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part I)were counted,and a database was established to analyze the quantity,original plants,medicinal parts and other information.Results:The 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(PartⅠ)con-tained 142 kinds of fruit and seed Chinese medicines of 59 families,including 85 kinds of fruit Chinese medicines and 57 kinds of seed Chinese medicines,which accounting for 23.05%of the 616 kinds of medicinal materials and decoction pieces.The 10 families with the largest number of medicinal materials were 14 species of Leguminosae,ll species of Rutaceae,9 species of Cucurbitaceae,9 species of Rosaceae,6 species of Euphorbiaceae,6 species of Zingiberaceae,4 species of Gramineae,4 species of Compositae,4 species of Solanaceae and 4 species of calligonaceae.There were 31 kinds of medicinal materials with≥2 kinds of basic plants,accounting for 21.83%.There were 1,5 and 19 kinds of medicinal materials with 4,3 and 2 kinds of primary plants,and the number of basic plants of 6 kinds of medicinal mate-rials were unknown.The medicinal parts of fruits and seeds were divided into complete fruits,a part of fruits,complete seeds and a part of seeds,including 71 kinds,l4 kinds,51 kinds and 6 kinds of medicinal materials.85 kinds of fruit Chinese medicines involved 2o kinds of fruit types,such as drupe,capsule,berry,citrus,polymerized berry and so on.Conclusion:The 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(PartⅠ)contains a large number of fruits and seeds of Chinese herbal medicines,and the source families,genera,medicinal parts and fruit types are diverse.It is necessary to deeply analyze their contents recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for further research and development.
