摘要
为解决间隔织物增强复合材料存在强度低、抗压性差的问题,选用经编间隔织物和玻纤机织物或经编间隔织物和碳纤维布作为增强体,聚氨酯浆料作为基体材料,使用手糊法制备一款新型三维针织/机织混合聚氨酯基复合材料,探究经编间隔织物表层组织结构、间隔织物的厚度、是否添加机织物、机织物种类对三维针织/机织混合聚氨酯基复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,织物厚度相同的情况下,间隔织物的间隔梳栉针背横移针距数较小的复合材料具有较好的压缩性能。表面结构相同的情况下,织物厚度较大的三维针织/机织混合聚氨酯基复合材料的压缩性能较好。贴附机织物布的复合材料的压缩应力提升了49.2%,压缩模量提升了27.34%。
In order to solve the problems of low strength and poor compression resistance of spacer fabric-reinforced composites,a new three-dimensional knitted/woven hybrid polyurethane matrix composite was prepared using the hand-paste method by selecting warp-knitted spacer fabric and glass fiber woven fabric or warp-knitted spacer fabric and carbon fiber fabric as the reinforcement and polyurethane slurry as the matrix material.The effects of the surface structure of the warp-knitted spacer fabric,the thickness of the spacer fabric,the addition of woven fabric and the type of woven fabric on the performance of the three-dimensional knitted/woven hybrid polyurethane matrix composite were investigated.The experimental results showed that the composite with a smaller number of transverse stitches in the back of the spacer comb of the spacer fabric had better compressive properties for the same fabric thickness;the 3D knitted/woven hybrid polyurethane matrix composite with a larger fabric thickness had better compressive properties for the same surface structure;the compressive stress of the composite with the woven fabric attached increased by 49.2%and the compressive modulus increased by 27.34%.
