摘要
霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验技术作为材料动态力学性能测试的有效手段,广泛地应用于材料的动态力学性能研究.本文系统地综述了SHPB实验技术的研究进展,指出当前存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出解决问题的基本思路与方法.具体包括实验技术的基本原理、实验装置及数据处理方法的改进;提出了直接法和数据解耦的方法处理应力不均匀问题、使用软介质的方法处理大直径杆的弥散效应问题、用数学计算的方法处理试件端面摩擦效应的问题.
SHPB experimental technology, as an effective measure of materials' dynamic mechanic characteristics, is widely used to the study of materials' dynamic mechanical characteristics. This paper summarizes the investigation advance of SHPB technology systemically, it points out major problems existing in current study, as well as basic ideas of solution, including the principle, equipments and improvement of data procession. And it points out direct method and unbind-coupling method solve the problem on stress uniformity, flexible shapers minish wave dispersion , mathematics solve contact problems between ends.
